Metabolix combines green tea leaf extract with apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, Korean ginseng and resveratrol. It also provides chromium, which contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
Each two-capsule daily serving supplies 300 mg green tea leaf extract, providing 150 mg EGCG. A bottle contains 60 capsules for a 30-day supply.

Directions
