Directions for use
Take two capsules daily with water, preferably with a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Do not consume if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg or more of EGCG from all sources.
